APPARATUS FOR MUSCLE STRENGTHENING AND STRETCHING FIELD OF INVENTION Embodiments of a present disclosure relate to muscle strengthening, and more particularly to an apparatus for (upper limb) hand muscle strengthening. BACKGROUND Nowadays, hand injuries are very common because when a person meet an accident; the person will subconsciously support the upper limbs (e.g., elbow, wrist, forearm and fingers).The upper limp is usually fixed easily by an advanced clinical treatment. But after the clinical treatment, muscle strengthening process is necessary to strengthen the hand muscles. So many devices are available in market to strengthen the hand muscle (e.g., resistance bands, Hand gripper, stress ball, forearm strengtheners, wrist exerciser equipment for upper arm workout and strength training). In a conventional approach, a user may get injured due to sudden tear/brake of the strengthening devices. The conventional approach fails to identify and display range of motion to the user. In the conventional approach, the strengthening device is available with fixed resistance range which means the conventional approach is incapable of adding/subtracting the resistance range further based on the user requirement. If the user needs to increase the resistance range, then the user needs to buy new strengthening device with suitable resistance range which leads to extra expenses. Further, in the conventional approach no single device is available to strengthen elbow, wrist, forearm and fingers which mean the user needs to buy separate strengthening devices for different purposes. However, the conventional approach is in efficient to provide an apparatus to perform general fitness and strength training in a safest manner and efficient manner. In the conventional approach, there is no option to vary the resistance separately for forearm supination (alone) and pronation (alone) while performing supination and pronation exercises of the forearm together, there is no option to vary the resistance separately for wrist flexion (alone) and extension (alone) while performing wrist flexion and extension exercises. There is no option to vary the resistance separately for ulnar deviation (alone) and radial deviation (alone) while performing radial and ulnar deviation. For example, if the user needs to increase resistances of the supination more to need more strengthening and not for the pronation then the user cannot change the resistance for the supination alone, the conventional approach may allow the user to change the same resistance for both the supination and the pronation at the same time. Further, in the conventional approach no single device is available to strengthen elbow, forearm, wrist, hand and fingers which mean the user needs to buy separate strengthening devices for different purposes. However, the conventional approach is in efficient to provide an apparatus to perform general fitness and strength training in a safest manner and efficient manner. Hence, there is a need for an improved apparatus for muscle strengthening to address the aforementioned issues. This unique upper extremity strengthening tool, innovative in its type, allows training the upper arm musculature, by assuming thanks to its versatility.
