This will provide key information to teachers, researchers, teacher educators and other relevant parties to create better strategies and interventions in curriculum activities. Implementation of this system will elevate teachers’ ACDP and uphold school success. It will allow relevant parties such as researchers and teachers to further conduct studies to cross-validate the ACDP. It also enables them to examine the relationships between demographical variables and ACDP variables in the system. This will provide a comprehensive understanding towards ACDP.

Education in Malaysia is overseen by the Ministry of Education. Although education is the responsibility of the federal government, each state and federal territory has an Education Department to co-ordinate educational matters in its territory. There were 2,282 secondary schools in Malaysia and 7,714 primary schools in Malaysia as recorded in Jun, 2011. In 2011, there were 232,095 primary school teachers and 176,669 secondary school teachers in Malaysia. One of the indicators used to measure the quality of education is teacher-student ratio in primary and secondary schools. At the moment teacher performance is mainly measured by their students’ success in examinations.
